LHCBA condemns fresh oath by deposed judges

Legal fraternity has strongly condemned four deposed judges of the Lahore High Court for taking fresh oath on Saturday. Deploring the act, the President, Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA), Anwar Kamal said that these judges have betrayed the lawyer's movement, their community well as the whole nation.
He however maintained that lawyers would continue their struggle till the restoration of Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry as the Chief Justice. The Secretary, LHCBA, Rana Asadullah Khan announced that the legal fraternity will not accept them as real judges and would boycott their courts like they had been doing with the PCO judges.
While asked about the matter, deposed judge, MA Shahid Siddiqi said he did not want to comment on his colleagues who took fresh oaths. Further, the President, Lahore Bar Association, Manzoor Qadir has also condemned the judges who took fresh oath going out of the movement's way said the lawyers would not honour them. He also said that lawyers would continue their struggle until the goal of their movement is not achieved.
