Basic facilities to be ensured in Attock

All out efforts are being made for the provision of basic facilities particularly, Sui gas and electricity to the people living in far-flung areas of district Attock. The Naib Nazim Attock District, Malik Sameen Khan said this while addressing the inauguration ceremony of Sui gas supply scheme at Union Council Gharibwal.
Tehsil Pindigheb was attended by local elites, social and political figures including PPP MPA, Malik Khurram Ali Khan, PML-N leader, Sardar Mumtaz Khan and former MNA, Malik Ameer Khan. The Naib Nazim said that maximum resources are being utilised in this regard. He further said that long-standing demand of people of Gharibwal Union Council has been fulfilled after the provision of natural gas, which was approved by the previous government and the facility will benefit hundreds of families of this remote UC of Attock district.
Further, he assured that after the provision of Sui gas at Gharibwal, the facility would also be provided to Magain village as the PPP MNA, Fouzia Wahab has assured that the facility will be approved soon by the present government due to her affiliation with Attock district.
Sameen Khan said other public issues and problems of backward areas of Pindigheb tehsil would also be resolved with the co-operation of newly elected parliamentarians. He thanked MPAs, Malik Khurram Ali Khan, Sardar Mumtaz Khan and Malik Ameer for extending their political and moral support and Co-operation to him for the public welfare and development of neglected areas.
Earlier, MPAs Malik Khurram Ali, Sardar Mumtaz Khan and Malik Ameer also spoke at the occasion and assured that maximum efforts will be made for the uplift of tehsil Pindigheb. Later, Sameen inaugurated the Suigas supply schemes, which had been completed at the cost of about Rs 10 million.
