Punjab Food Minister Malik Nadeem Kamran has said that provincial government was taking steps to ensure the supply of flour at cheaper price, while more than 350 flourmills have started getting their quota. Talking to a private television channel, he said that 351 flourmills had ensured supply of flour to the government at cheaper price and they had begun receiving their quota of wheat.
The Food minister said the government did not take any flourmill in its possession and nor any illegal action had been taken against any flourmill. He added that steps were being taken to provide flour at cheaper price to the people during the month of Ramazan-ul-Mubarak.
