Punjab Senior Minister, Raja Riaz Ahmad, Excise and Taxation Minister, Mian Mujtaba Shuja-ur-Rehman and Minister for Finance Punjab, Tanvir Ashraf Kaira have condemned the incident of firing on cavalcade of the Prime Minister, Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani termed it an attack on democracy.
'We strongly condemn this nefarious act,' they said, adding that this attack was a conspiracy against the country and the people of Pakistan. 'It was a cowardly act by the enemies of Pakistan,' they deplored.
