SRK’s decision turned out to be unwise while promoting his super hit movie ‘Raees’. The actor boarded a train from Mumbai to Dehli crowded with people for the promotion of his movie which unfortunately ended up killing one of his fans.

Five months since the accident took place; the government railway police’s final report to the judicial magistrate has indicated that the actor could be facing some serious charge. It was reported that Shah Rukh Khan took permission from the Western Railway Public Relations Officers (PRO) in Mumbai for the promotional activities but the agreement was only established for the activities to be restricted inside the train, according to Pinkvilla.

The report stated: "However, Khan and his team members ignored the rules and directions and acted on their own, leading to violation of rules of railway. Police also checked the footages of CCTV provided by railway police force and videos provided by local channels in which Khan is seen throwing balls and T-shirts at the crowd."

The local police told court that SRK’s throwing balls and shirts at the fans created chaos due to which two cops fainted and one citizen Farid Khan Pathan died out of heart attack.

"If Khan would not have thrown anything towards the crowd, chaos would not have happened. Thus, it would be right if a complaint under sections 304(A), 304 part 2, 279, 336, 337 and 338 of IPC and sections 145, 152, 175 and 179 of the Railway Act is registered against him and owners of Excel Entertainment Private Limited," the report further suggested.

Amidst this turmoil King Khan is all set to promote his upcoming movie ‘Jab Harry met Sejal’ opposite Anushka Sharma.
