Punjab Chief Minister, Mian Shahbaz Sharif has announced on Sunday a compensation of Rs0.2 million to family of each deceased killed in Saturday's road mishap ordered construction of double road from Harnoli to Moosa Khel via Wan-Bhacharan in Mianwali District.
Expressing his profound grief and sorrow on the tragic death of 21 children including a schoolteacher and a van driver, Shahbaz also announced free education for the children of victim families. Thousands of people offered funeral rites and prayer for the ill-fated children killed in the accident. The deceased were buried on Sunday amid tears and sobs while their hometown observed a complete strike to mourn their deaths.
