Rates decline on grain market

Subdued business was seen on the grain market on Saturday as balanced demand and supply did not allow the rates to fluctuate sharply, dealers said. On the cereal side moong Punjab quoted lower at Rs 2875, sugar superior quality was down by Rs 50 to 3300 while the low type did not move any side at Rs 3300, they said.
On the rice sector, Irri-6 Sindh registered lower at Rs 3100, other types maintained the other night levels, they said.
