Fahim terms Zardari's foreign visit effective

The Senior Vice Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Makhdoom Muhammad Amin Fahim has expressed his satisfaction over the foreign visit of the President Asif Ali Zardari adding that he has represented Pakistan in UN General Assembly session in effective manner.
Talking to visitors and media men who visited his residence at Hala to exchange Eid greetings on Eid day, Makhdoom Amin Fahim said that President Asif Ali Zardari was not on official visit of America, but visited on the invitation of United Nations to address the General Assembly, where he also held satisfactory meetings with American think tank and represented the country in effective manner.
Makhdoom Muhammad Amin Fahim said that at the one hand, the country is facing external challenges while the other hand, the price hike, unemployment, load shedding and law and order situation have brought the live of the people miserable and there is the need of making effective decisions to bring out the country from the internal and external crisis.
The PPP Senior vice chairman has dispelled the impression of any differences with the President Asif Ali Zardari adding that PPP is the largest political party of the country where every one has the right to express his opinion. He termed him self as the part of PPP adding that he could not think to leave the party, which rendered great sacrifices for the restoration of democracy in the country.
Replying to a question, Makhdoom Muhammad Amin Fahim said that the government has taken serious notice of the attacks of foreign forces in tribal parts of the country adding that the government has also initiated effective steps for combating terrorism. Responding to another question, he said that coalition between PPP and PML (N) in Punjab is still existing where the government of both the parties striving for the welfare of the people.
