Evening classes for imparting technical training in various professional disciplines to jobless unskilled youths have been launched in over eight hundred state-run high school buildings throughout Azad Jammu Kashmir under the vision of "skilled and green Kashmir", official sources said.
The AJK government have started executing plan aimed at to produce skilled human resources primarily aimed at to accommodate the unemployed youths in various technical fields in nation-building private and public sector organisation in AJK, rest of the country as well as abroad, the sources told APP here Monday.
Classes of technical training in various fields to unskilled jobless youngsters will operate in the high school buildings after 2.00 pm at the time of closure of daily routine academic activities in the schools, the sources said.
The AJK government had recently made necessary arrangements to convert the unskilled youth into a skilled man power through imparting them technical training in various fields of national development. The plan is not only aimed at to produce the skilled man power but also to boost and strengthen the skilled human resources for ensuring their due role in the nation-building activities.
The sources revealed that the plan has been launched under phased program to translate the vision of skilled and green Kashmir into a reality. Under the plan, evening classes for technical training to the unskilled youth, both male and female will be held after day-time routine academic activities of the government-run boys and girls high schools.
The sources said that the AJK government was taking revolutionary steps for ensure the economy of the state self-reliant and self supported besides for the welfare of the masses across the liberated territory.
Official sources said that the state government launched the integrated plan to turn every unskilled individual into a skilled worker to ensure their active and fullest role in the overall speedy progress in all sectors of life in the liberated territory. He asserted that AJK would soon emerge as the most welfare part of Asia following the implementation of the slogan of green and skilled Kashmir. AJK government had also kicked off a comprehensive plan to boost the economy based on self reliance across Azad Jammu Kashmir.
The sources further disclosed that during five year term of the incumbent Muslim Conference government, various nation-building institutions including industries and commerce, tourism, education, health, communications and public health departments will be expanded to achieve the task. The plan would also help in to ameliorate the life style of the common man besides to provide latest basic facilities to the people across the liberated territory, they sources added.
