The Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed bail application of Shahid Tariq Bhatti who had injured Kashif Latif over some family dispute. The court, while dismissing bail application observed that there is no evidence of ulterior motive or sign of mala fide on part of the complainant.
Applicant Shahid had made an attempt on Kashif latif before the Lahore Press Club as a result of which Kashif received serious injuries. The applicant approached the High Court as lower court had rejected his bail. Earlier, LHC had allowed interim pre-arrest bail on September 18 and directed to investigate and keep on appearing before the court till the final disposal of the bail application.
