In occupied Kashmir, forceful protest demonstration was held against Indian state terrorism in Baramulla township, while the occupation authorities imposed undeclared curfew in many areas of Srinagar city on Sunday. Hundreds of people took to the streets in Baramulla Township to protest against the arrest of four youth by Indian troops on Saturday evening, KMS reported.
The protestors said that they would continue their protests till the youth were released. Protest strike was also observed in Kishtwar against the continued Indian state terrorism in the occupied territory. On the other hand, residents of Nowhata, Nawakadal and other areas of old Srinagar city said that the occupation authorities have imposed undeclared curfew in many areas. "Policemen and paramilitary Indian Central Reserve Police Force troopers have been deployed in strength and we are not being allowed to come out of our homes," a resident of the old city told media men on phone.
