The inaugural meeting of Muttehidda Ulema Board Punjab will be held here on October 15 under the chairmanship of MNA Sahibzada Haji Fazal Karim. The meeting will be attended by Punjab Secretaries Religious affairs, Law, IG police, DG Auqaf, besides several prominent scholars.
According to official spokesman, in the past few years MU boards proposed confiscation of 61 controversial publications, magazines and books which had potential to disrupt society's peace.
