December corn futures on the Chicago Board of Trade fell below $4 a bushel early Wednesday and soybeans and wheat futures tumbled, following as crude oil and US stock markets fell hard, traders said.
As of 9:37 am CDT (1437 GMT), CBOT December corn was down 7-1/4 cents at $4.04 per bushel, after dipping to $3.99-3/4. November soybeans were down 17 cents at $8.79 a bushel and December wheat was down 10 at $5.63.
