Three people were killed while five others injured, two of them seriously, when a remote control bomb exploded in Dera Bugti town on Sunday, Dera Bugti police said. Some unknown miscreants had planted the bomb on a roadside for targeting Yousuf Bugti, son of MNA Ahmadan Bugti, but he escaped unhurt, police said.
Two people were killed at the spot while another succumbed to his injuries on way to hospital. The five injured were rushed to Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) hospital at Sui town where doctors said that the conditions of two injured were serious. Dera Bugti police had registered a case against unknown miscreants and started investigation.
