Wah suicide attack case hearing next week

An Anti-Terrorist Court will resume the hearing of Wah suicide attack case during next week. The accused Hamidullah, a suspected bomber was arrested soon after the two suicide attacks, which claimed 70 lives on August 21. The Judge ATC -II, Sakhi Muhammad Kahut will resume the hearing on October 23.
Earlier, Police had registered a criminal case against some unknown persons under section 302 (murder), 324 (attempt to murder), 435(mischief by fire or explosive substance with intent to cause damage), 436 (mischief by fire or explosive substance with intent to destroy house), 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) section 3 and 4 of Explosive Act and section 7 of Terrorism Act.
