According to latest media reports, Saif Ali Khan clarified that he and Amrita are on the same page on the matter and he is fully supportive of his daughter’s acting ambitions. In a statement on Wednesday, Saif said, “It is annoying to read totally fictitious media reports (about his disagreement with Amrita over Sara's debut).”

He further added, "I repeat, that I am looking forward to Sara's debut with a mix of excitement, anxiety and nervousness like any other father would."

Interestingly, Saif had also stated that his comments were also misquoted by the media and said that he does support Sara.

Sara Ali Khan is going to be seen in Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kedarnath’ with Sushant Singh Rajput. The film is said to be a love story, which is in its pre-production stage. It is expected to go on the floors towards the end of this year.
