The President, Romania Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI), Paul Butnariu has said that the purpose of his delegation's visit is to see Pakistani products and develop contacts with the business community to boost two-way trade.
Speaking in a meeting of Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) on Wednesday, he said the quality and numbers of products produced in Pakistan have impressed him. Butnariu said that Romania is looking towards this part of the world for increasing its trade volume.
Further, he said that his country is interested in having joint ventures with Pakistan in areas of fish processing, textile processing and energy sector. The RCCI President also said that trade could only be increased after developing mutual contacts and trusts that needs frequent exchange of trade delegation and fast dissemination business and good investment information, he added.
The President, KCCI, Anjum Nisar said that Pakistan offers attractive investment opportunities in different fields and assured the visiting delegation that the KCCI is ready to provide required information and help in two-way business match making.
