Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) will resume hearing of firing on former President Musharraf's plane case here on Saturday. Judge ATC No 1 Habib-ur-Rehman had directed the SHO Police Station Banni during the last hearing to submit the challan of the case on November 8.
The accused Dr Niaz and Mazhar-ul-Haq have been charged with firing at the former President's plane. Dr Niaz and Mazhar-ul-Haq are residents of Asghar Mall Road, have been accused of firing at the plane from the roof of their house last year.
