IMM speculators increase long US dollar bets

Currency speculators increased their bets in favour of the US dollar in the latest week, data from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission showed on Friday. The value of the US dollar's net long position rose to $5.92 billion in the week ending November 11, up from $5.51 billion the previous week.
The aggregate US dollar position is derived from the net positions of International Monetary Market speculators in the yen, euro, British pound, Swiss franc, Canadian and Australian dollars.
