Founders Group promises to boost investors' confidence

Chairman of the Founders Group Munir Ahmed Khan said that the opposite alliance fearing the defeat from The Founders-Azad Alliance had withdrawn papers of their relatives from election contest.
In a brunch meeting which was attended by Patron The Founders Group Dr Khalid J Chaudhry, Senior Vice Chairman Tahir Manzoor, Senior vice president Haji Asif, Javeed Dar, Chairman Azad Group Raja Hassan Akthar, Secretary General Muhammad Yasin, presidents of various markets of Lahore, he said that they will constitute committees on concept of public-private partnership for better liaison with the government and economic development of country.
The candidates of corporate class including Munir Ahmad Khan, Tahir Manzoor Ch, Asif Rehan Dar, Muhammad Hashim, Abdul Sami, Azaz Mansoor Sheikh, Kamran Khan, Kh. Ahmad Usman, Salim Ghauri, Main Asad Hameed, Khalid Naeem, Bakhtiar H. Wain, Main Sultan Mahmood, Muhammad Imran Aslam, Tariq Javed Fiazi, and Sh. Anees-u-Rehman and associate class were also present on this occasion.
Munir A Khan said that the alliance will also take concrete steps to boost the confidence of the local investors. He said that the Chamber would arrange conferences and seminars for investment. In these conferences and seminars, the LCCI should also invite the foreign investors.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Khalid J Chaudhry The Founders-Azad Alliance after wining LCCI election will create a sense of protection to the local investors about their investors as well as motivate them to start new mega projects in the country.
He further said that there are number of ventures for new investments are available in the Punjab and the provincial government is also ready to facilitate the investors. Thus, the investors should get advantages of the Punjab government, he added.
Dr Khalid said that the Alliance don't believe in revengeful politics. He said that the group will support every decision of both private and government sector which will be in favour of business community. He said that during The Founders tenure the membership and voter lists of LCCI was quickly grow which shows the trust of business community in the group policies.
He said that the doors of chamber would be opened to everyone as it was in the past. He said he was of the view that to resolve the issues and problems of business community rather to establish personal relations with government officials.
Meanwhile, President Sheikhpura Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) Manzoor-ul-Haq said their group would cast vote in the LCCI election to the best candidates who are experienced and honest. He said that a group is projecting some corrupt and defaulters businessmen, which is not good for all business community. He said that the members of SCCI would not cast their votes to such candidates.
