Complaint Cell set up in Makkah for pilgrims

State Minister for Religious Affairs Shagufta Jumani has said the Ministry of Religious Affairs has set up a Complaint Cell in Pakistan House Makkah, Saudi Arabia to address problems of pilgrims during Haj.
During her visit to Directorate of Haj Sukkur here on Friday, she said that she recently visited Holy places Makkah-tul-Mukarrama and Madina-tul-Munawarra and talked to Pakistani pilgrims, who had expressed satisfaction over the arrangements made by the Ministry.
She said no negligence on part of the Ministry would be tolerated, saying that stern action would be taken against the officers showing deficiency in discharging their duties during the Haj operation. "I shall personally supervise the Haj arrangements in Saudi Arabia to ensure all kind of guidance to our pilgrims. On the spot redressal of the pilgrims' problems would be ensured," she added.
Earlier, while talking to APP at Sukkur Airport, the Minister said about arrangements at Haji camps, she said the intending pilgrims were being well looked after at the Haji camps.
