Sweden's Robert Karlsson hopes the World Cup of Golf continues to grow in stature so his victory with Henrik Stenson on Sunday will one day be held in the same regard as those won by the greats of the game. Karlsson and Stenson joined the likes of Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Sam Snead and Ben Hogan as winners of the trophy with Sunday's triumph.
The tournament, which was started in 1953, has lost a little of its lustre over the last few years and Karlsson and Stenson, at six and 12 in the world, were the top ranked players this year.
