The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has transferred and posted eight senior officials of the income tax group with immediate effect.
According to a notification issued on Friday, Naseer Ahmad Warraich (Income Tax Group/BS-21) Member, awaiting posting, FBR (Hq), Islamabad has been transferred and posted as Director General, Directorate General of Training & Research (Income Tax), Lahore and Raana Mirza (Income Tax Group/BS-21) from Director General, Directorate General of Training & Research, (Income Tax), Lahore to Director General, Directorate General of Internal Audit (Income Tax), HQ at Lahore. She will assume the charge after retirement of Iqbal Muzaffar, present Director General from December 27.
Transfers/postings of following officers of Income Tax Group (BS-20) are made with immediate effect and until further orders: Mian Farooq Tahir Commissioner, (Audit Division-II) Regional Tax Office, Lahore to Commissioner, (Appeal-I) Regional Tax Office, Lahore, relieving Tabana Sajad Naseer, CIT (Appeal-II) from additional charge; Muhammad Iqbal Khan from Commissioner, (Enforcement Division-II (WHT) RTO, Karachi to Commissioner, (Audit Division-II) RTO, Karachi; Shahid Hussain Jatoi from awaiting posting to Commissioner, (HRM) RTO, Karachi; Sajjad Haider Afzal Cheema from Commissioner, (Audit Division-II) RTO, Karachi to Commissioner, (Enforcement Division-II (WHT) RTO, Karachi.
Meanwhile, Raana Ahmed (Income Tax Group, BS-19) Project Director, (Direct Taxes (BPR) (OPS) RTO, Lahore has been given new assignment as Chief, (IMS) FBR(Hq), Islamabad OPS). She will hold the additional charge of Project Director, (Direct Taxes) BPR, RTO, Lahore and Talat Altaf Khan (Income Tax Group/BS-19) Additional Commissioner, (TFD) LTU, Lahore has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, (Audit Division-II) (OPS) RTO, Lahore.
