US accused of violating diplomatic norms

The JUI (F) Chief, Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman has said that the United States has violated the diplomatic norms by inviting Parliamentarians for briefing. Talking to media persons on Sunday, he said the US should not directly invite the Parliamentarians for briefing and contact through Foreign Office.
Answering a question he said that Sharia amendment bill in NWFP Assembly is a conspiracy to delete Islamiyat from the educational syllabus. He said his party would review the matter and evolve a strategy in this regard. Further, the ANP Government is also trying to amend the interest free system in Khyber Bank introduced by the MMA government, which will not be acceptable to the people.
To a question, Maulana said that allegations should not be levelled against the children of important personalities. Commenting on judges' appointment, he said appointment of judges is a constitutional matter and nation wants to bury the issue. 'Those elements that wanted to sore relations between Pakistan and India should be exposed,' he said expressing the confidence that India should not attack Pakistan.
To another question, JUI (F) Chief said that Jamaat-i-Islami disintegrated MMA and asked its leadership to strengthen its policies and claimed that he was sincerely working for the restoration of the alliance.
