Society for the Protection of the Rights of Child (Sparc) is launching a musical CD Album Xpressions and Video songs on December 23 at Pakistan National Council of Arts, Islamabad. The event will be attended by over 250 participants from showbiz, civil society's government officials and all walks of life.
