My daughter is student of Matric (SSC-II) class in a Hyderabad school. She has been forcibly asked for deposit monthly school fee as per the schedule given below:
i) Fee for December 2008, along with fee of April 2009.
ii) Fee for January 2009 along with May fee.
iii) Fee for February 2009 along fee for June 2009.
iv) Fee for March 2009 along with fee for July 2009.
It may be pointed out that as per the schedule announced by the government, annual examination of IXth and Xth classes are to be held in the month of March 2009 and after the examinations of class 10th, education in the school will be discontinued. However, the school authorities are pressing hard for deposit/payment of school fee for the months of April 2009 to July 2009, illegally.
It is, therefore requested that the government should order the school management not to demand/press the parents of the students of class X for the payment of school fee for these four months. The request is made purely in the name of justice.
