Arrangements have been finalised to observe the first death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto with full respect and honour in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, PPP sources said. The sources told APP on Friday that Quran Khawani for the departed soul, will be held at all major cities and towns across AJK.
