Cold and dry weather is expected to continue in the provincial capital with foggy conditions. According to a meteorological official here on Tuesday, the minimum temperature recorded was 5 Celsius degrees while the maximum temperature was 22 Celsius degrees.

The motorway police have been advising the motorist to drive with extra caution and try to avoid driving at night on highways.
