Cold, dry weather likely to continue in Lahore

Cold and dry weather is expected to continue in the provincial capital with foggy conditions. According to a meteorological official here on Tuesday, the minimum temperature recorded was 5 Celsius degrees while the maximum temperature was 22 Celsius degrees.
Cold and dry weather expected in most parts while foggy conditions likely in the plains of the country. Isolated rain-snowfall may occur in Kashmir. For the last few days, the city has been witnessing the severe fog, which has affected the schedule of many flights as well as trains, while Lahore-Islamabad Motorway has been closed for every type of traffic due to fog last day as there was no visibility even from one meter distance. The motorway police have been advising the motorist to drive with extra caution and try to avoid driving at night on highways.
