'Immoral activities will not be tolerated in Muharram'

Capital City Police Chief Muhammad Pervez Rathore has warned that immoral and illegal activities would not be tolerated in the month of Muharram ul Harram and strict action would be taken against aerial firing, one-wheeling and sale/purchase and usage of liquor.
The CCPO emphasised the officers to make all out efforts by not allowing anybody to infringe the sanctity of Muharram ul Harram and strict action should be taken against persons involved in immoral or illegal acts. He said nobody is superior in the eyes of law. Strict departmental action would be taken against SHOs and other officers if he received information of any immoral or illegal activity in their respective areas, he warned.
