Kakar offers help for Karachi slum fire victims

Federal Minister for Housing and Works Rahmatullah Kakar has extended all sorts of help for the victims of Karachi fire in which more than 30 persons including women and children are burnt alive and about two dozen huts reduced to ash.
In a message to governor and chief minister Sindh, the minister here on Friday offered help for the rehabilitation of the victims and said the ministry has sympathy for the victims in the need of hour.
The minister also expressed deep sorrow and grief over the sad demise of innocent persons in the blaze and prayed that Almighty Allah may rest the departed souls in peace and give courage to the grieved families to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude. -PR
