Three persons of a family were shot dead in a nearby village 40-GB of Satiana Area some 35 km from here on Saturday morning. Satiana Police registered a murder case and two accused persons rounded up so far. According to details, a peace of agriculture land created dispute between two parties and cases are running in various courts.
When three persons Faqir Muhammad, Ashraf Ali and Shoukat Ali were boring tube-well in disputed land, their rivals Hanif etc reached there and opened fire. Resultantly, Faqir Muhammad, Ashraf Ali and Shoukat Ali died on the spot and dead bodies shifted to hospital for autopsy.
