A division bench of Sindh High Court, comprising Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Arsahd Noor Khan on Friday issued notice to the City District Government Karachi and other respondents for January 22 in a petition filed by All Karachi Plastic Bag Manufacturers and Dealers Association (AKPBMDA). The bench also restrained the respondents from taking any adverse action against the petitioners till next date of hearing.
