Presidency clarifies report

A Spokesman of the Presidency has described the report published in a section of the press Monday of the President's recent meeting with members of a delegation of Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) as exaggerated and far from the reality.
The spokesman said that it was also clear from the fact that the remarks about journalists wrongly attributed to the President quoting an anonymous source were contradicted by 'a source close to the Presidency' in the same report. He said that the meeting had been convened primarily to discuss the problems of the business and industries of Frontier province and issues relating to journalists were not at all discussed in the meeting.-PR
