International Public Relation Association (Ipra) Pakistan has condoled the demise of Professor Dr Miskeen Hijazi, former chairman of Mass Communication Department, Punjab University, Lahore. In a condolence resolution, it paid tributes to the late Dr Miskeen Hijazi for his services to the development of Journalism profession in the country.
