Pakistan Academy of Letters (PAL) Chairman Fakhar Zaman has expressed his deep sorrow over the passing away of eminent intellectual, journalist and former chairman of Department of Mass Communication, University of Punjab, Professor Dr Miskeen Hijazi. Chairman PAL and Director General (PAL) Zaheerud Din Malik prayed for the salvation of soul of the deceased intellectual and patience for his siblings.
