Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has provided financial assistance of Rs 500,000 to folk singer late Pathanay Khan's family. In this connection a cheque was delivered to Pathanay Khan's son Iqbal Pathanay Khan by additional secretary culture, government of Pakistan, Muhammad Akram Shaheedi, here on Sunday. Iqbal Pathanay Khan thanked the Prime Minister for this help to the family.
