The National Assembly constituency NA-42 South Waziristan agency has been deprived of the forms of Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) as the constituency has no representation in the National Assembly due to non holding of the elections in the constituency because of worsening law and order situation.
Leading tribal elders of the agency have appealed to the President and Prime Minister to take notice of the matter and make arrangements for distribution of 8000 BISP forms amongst the deserving dwellers of the constituency so that they could be benefited of the project.
In a statement here tribal Chieftains Haji Malik Saeed Anwar Mehsud and others said that inhabitants of other constituencies have received the BISP forms but the NA-42 has been deprived of it as the constituency has no MNA till date. The poor people should not be deprived of this facility for the faults of others. They said that law and order situation was now much better and elections on the vacant NA seat could be held without any fear, they concluded.
