PPP ministers to hold open kutcheries from next month

The provincial cabinet ministers belonging to PPP will start holding open katcheries from next month to address public problems and complaints as per directives of the PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and for this purpose People's Secretariat is being established at Peshawar soon.
Decision to this effect was taken at a meeting held under the Chairmanship of Senior Minister Rahimdad Khan at Peshawar on Tuesday that was attended by almost all the PPP ministers. The meeting decided that the PPP ministers would sit in the People's Secretariat by turns and hold katcheries wherein they would listen to the public problems and issue on the spot directives to the quarters concerned for their early redressal.
It was further decided that the PPP ministers would also run election campaign for candidates of the allied parties contesting by-elections in Mardan and Buner districts to win public support for them. The MPAs belonging PPP were also directed to ensure their presence in their respective constituencies and also accompany the provincial ministers on their tours to districts in order to address the public problems at their doorstep.
Addressing the meeting, the Senior Minister Rahimdad Khan said that by rendering selfless services to the masses and resolving their grievances would carry on the mission of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.
