As many as 13 Station House Officers including 8 of Karachi Police Station and the rest from Interior of Sindh were today placed under suspension with immediate effect and a departmental inquiry ordered against them. They all were suspended on charges of negligence of duty in their respective areas and their failure to control crimes and maintain law and order besides misusing their authority.
Those suspended area Inspector Rao Mohammed Rafiq (PS SITE), Inspector Zubair Ahmed (Gulshan-e-Iqbal), Inspector Javed Abbas (Surjani), Inspector Jehangir Khan (Malir City), Inspector Chaudhry (Gadap), Inspector Mohammed Ghayyur (Manghopir), SI Malik Mohammed Ishaq (Saeedabad), SI Aurangzeb Khattak (Ferozabad), Inspector Shaukat Chandio (District Jamshoro), SI Zulfikar Ali Soomro (Khanot, Distt Jamshoro), SI Inayat Ali Qureshi (Tando Allahyar), SI Mushtaq Almani (Babloo, Distt Khairpur) and SI Ayaz Ahmed Pathan (Bakhshapur, Distt Kandhkot).
