Government committed to provide education, employment to poor: Mazhar

Provincial Minister for Education Pir Mazharul Haq has said that every PPP worker was follower of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benzir Bhutto, adding the government is determine to complete the mission of BB by providing employment and education to poor people.
He was speaking as chief guest during the launching ceremony of the book "Shaheed Rani Benazir Bhutto" compiled by M. Suleman Baloch at Institute of Sindhology University of Sindh Jamshoro on Wednesday night. A large number scholars, educationists, teachers and students as well as people from different walks of life attended the ceremony.
Mazhar said that government is determined to improve primary education. He said that he had assured associations of primary and secondary teachers that their problems would be resolved. The minister said that he had asked the office bearers of both teachers' organisations to motivate all teachers to perform their duties fully and properly.
He said that more discoveries of oil and coal from Sindh would benefit the province He also congratulated author of the book, M. Suleman Baloch, and advised other writers to produce more work on the services of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto. Sindh University Vice Chancellor Mazharul Haq Siddiqui addressing the function underlined the importance of primary education and called for steps to raise its standard.
He said that the University of Sindh was producing leaders in different areas and hoped that young leadership would redeem the hopes of the people of the Country. Ghulam Hyder Solangi, M.Suleman Baloch, Professor Qalandar Lakyari, Professor Aijaz Qureshi, and others also addressed the function.
