US MIDDAY: wheat lower

Chicago Board of Trade wheat futures turned lower on Friday morning due to profit taking and forecasts of rain in the dry US Plains, traders said. Kansas City Board of Trade and Minneapolis Grain Exchange wheat futures also were lower after ticking higher at the open. At 9:46 am CST (1546 GMT) CBOT March wheat was down 3 cents at $5.58-3/4 a bushel.
