Tehran international communications center is result of Iranian technicians and engineers, with the unique and varied facilities which has been built and developed for the sake of enhancement of technical information services and communications.
This collection constructed with the association of new design and Iranian - Islamic as symbol of innovative, unique and special services. This collection with the name of Tehran international center communication contains Milaad Tower, international conference center, five star hotel and global trade center. The most important branch of this collection is Milaad Tower the Tehran innovative symbol which have assorted and various usages.
MILAAD TOWER: Milaad Tower with the height of 435 meters is the forth tallest world telecom tower and the tallest telecom tower in Middle East. In order to deliver safety and various services, all the necessary facilities and equipments has been placed in this tower. Milaad Tower is comprised of five section, base section, ground, Shafgat, top and telecom section.
The base tower building has been built in six floors. In first to third floors have been provided 63 trade units, 11 food court units, one terry and one trade products exhibition in area of 260 square meters. First and second floors are under the ground including administrative and foundation space. The ground floor has been allocated to entree of special visitors.
Shafgat Tower with the height about 310 meters its base made of cement. In the three dimensions of this tower there are six elevators with the speed of 7 meters per second for the transformation of visitors to the top of tower and the forth dimension of this tower has been facilitated with emergency stairs.
The top construction of this tower is made of metal with the weight of 20000 tones and an area of 16000 square meters in 12 floors. This Structure is the tallest of the telecom towers in the world. The top floors have been equipped with the fire alarming system, the closed view salon, free artistic gallery, open view platform, and revolving restaurant and telecom floors with various applications which have been included.
The telecom section has been made and installed in four floors with height of 120 meters. The floors below telecom section is the place of public users of telecom antennas installation and the other three floors above has been allocated to Iran news agency antennas.
The Milaad international conference center: The international conference center has been built for the holding of various events such as conferences, seminars, festivals and training workshops and exhibitions with having extraordinary facilities and competent and expert human resources and with the availability of systems based on quality management and standardisation rely on event management.
This center has main facilities consisting of 7 conference salon and the display area about 7000 square meters. It has also a lobby with the area of 5000 square meters, 7 practice rooms, 2 make up rooms, radio station and television and side facilities for the reception. The five star hotel with an area of 52000 square meters is to provide stay facilities and reception for the local and foreign visitors and participants in conferences.
THE INTERNATIONAL TRADE CENTER: This center with an area about to 40000 square meters provides facilities such as commercial deal department ( for local and foreign ) the good and service exhibition , the scientific and technical communications , telecom and picture communications with the identification of industrial and trade opportunities of Iran and extension of global trade.
