In a recent interview, Ranbir Kapoor stated that he felt jealous with Ranveer after watching ‘Bajirao Mastani’, when he was asked about his Bollywood rival. He also said that it does affect him when he sees young actors like Varun Dhawan and Sushant Singh Rajput doing extremely well.

“Jealousy is a very basic human emotion and yes I feel jealous. When I see Ranveer in ‘Bajirao Mastani’, Varun in ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya’ and Sushant in ‘Dhoni’ I feel a bit jealous but that doesn’t mean that I don’t want to see them succeed, in fact, that makes me work harder,” Ranbir said.

Ranbir will be seen next playing Sanjay Dutt’s role in a biopic directed by Rajkumar Hirani. While his competitor Ranveer collaborates with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for a third time on a period drama titled ‘Padmavati’.
