Smeda opens third party facilitation centre at Hyderabad

Smeda's eff-orts to provide Legal Services through Advocates and Legal Services Providers on the platform of TPFC are commendable and we congratulate them on taking such an important step for business community of Hyderabad.
This was stated by Muhammad Shafiq Qureshi, President Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, speaking at the inauguration ceremony of Third Party Facilitation Centre (TPFC) by Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (Smeda), Hyderabad. Feroz Ahmed, Head of Legal Services Smeda Sindh, detailed the participants about the legal services provided by Smeda for SMEs at Hyderabad. According to him, TPFC is already functioning successfully in Karachi and now it is being established at Hyderabad.
The objective of TPFC is the provision of legal services to the members of Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and the whole businessman community. Smeda's efficient Legal Services Panel will provide free of charge guidance and consultancy services in the areas of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Trade Mark Registration, Labour Laws, Copyright Registration, Banking Court, Civil Court, Chartered Accounting and all other legal matters pertaining to business.
The legal services of Smeda have been introduced for the business community of Hyderabad and proper utilisation of these services will spur the introduction of more business development initiatives by the organisation, he added.
Imran Muhammad Khan, Regional Business Co-ordinator Smeda Hyderabad, appreciated the co-operation of Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry for establishment of TPFC in the city. Former President HCCI Haji Muhammad Yaqoob, members of Executive Committee HCCI, Smeda Legal Panel Members and a large number of businessmen attended the ceremony.
