Soyabean futures on the Chicago Board of Trade fell at Tuesday's open, dragged down by declines in the crude oil and US stock markets, as well as rainy weather in Argentina, traders said. Wheat and corn futures likewise opened lower on the poor global economy.
At 9:33 am CST (1533 GMT), CBOT March soyabeans were down 45 cents at $9.10-1/2 a bushel. CBOT March wheat was down 16 cents at $5.19-1/2 and CBOT March corn was down 12 cents at $3.51-1/4.
