Quick recovery of kidnapped minority leader ordered

Minister for Local Government and Rural Development, Abdul Razaq A Tahim on Sunday took serious notice of the kidnapping of a minority leader from Jacobabad and ordered District Police Officer (DPO) to recover him within 24 hours. Minority leader, the former president, of PPP minority wing was kidnapped from the main Quetta Road more than two days ago.
Minister called DPO Jacobabad, Saqib Ismail Memon and asked him to take concrete measures to restore law and order in the district. He ordered him to restrict movements of gangsters and provide complete shelters to the citizens of the local area.
'Increasing violation of law and order are matter of serious concern, which are creating unrest in the society and district police should be more watchful to restore the trust and confidence of the people,' the Minister said while expressing his concern over the kidnapping of minority leader.
