Secretary Food Punjab Mohammad Irfan Elahi has said that under the arrangements of the Food Department supply of subsidised flour to tandoor owners is continuing and all flour mills are supplying flour to district administration according to their demand.
He said this here on Friday while presiding over a review meeting in connection with supply of flour regarding Sasti Roti. Director Food Shehryar Sultan, Additional Director Food Dr Altaf Akbar, Deputy Director Food Lahore Region Mohammad Hussain Khokhar and other concerned officers were also present on the occasion. Mohammad Irfan Elahi said that Food Department is constantly providing subsidy on flour for tandoors and tandoor owners could get their flour quota from the district administration as before.
