PML-N set to show street power in twin cities today

After the successful show in Lahore on Sunday, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is all set to show its strength in Islamabad/Rawalpindi on Monday. The lawyers had announced a sit-in in Islamabad for restoration of judiciary, as on November 2, 2007 position.
The PML-N president Shahbaz Sharif whose detention order has been issued has already reached Rawalpindi and he will lead the PML-N procession from Rawalpindi towards Islamabad. Apart from PML-N, the activists of Tehreek-e-Insaf, Jamaat-i-Islami, lawyers and civil society people are also active and will participate in the sit-in, a PML-N leader said. He said massive public participation in long march in Lahore on Sunday has led the struggle to decisive stage.
It may be mentioned that all entry points of the twin cities of Rawalpindi, Islamabad and adjoining areas have been blocked to stop the participants of long march. Khawaja Asif said Sunday was Lahores day while Monday will be day of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. He said as per directions of the PML-N leadership, he was asked to reach in Islamabad.
