The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) had filed an appeal before the Supreme Court of Pakistan against the order of the Appellate bench of Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) in respect of ATR 14 relating to minimum fee. The Supreme Court has granted the stay order.
