Maritime Security Agency said on Wednesday it has seized 13 boats and arrested 74 Indian fishermen for illegally trawling in its waters in the Arabian Sea. "Indian fishermen have been cautioned repeatedly to abide by our maritime limits but they have again violated Pakistani territorial waters," MSA spokesman Lieutenant Commander Shakil Khan said.
"They were arrested last night, 75 nautical miles inside Pakistan territorial waters. We have handed them over to the police," he added. "We have been given custody of 74 fishermen by the Maritime Security Agency," police official Mohammad Aslam told AFP.
